Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and obligations regarding subscriptions to OneLy. We encourage you to try our free plan first to ensure our platform meets your needs before upgrading.
1. Subscriptions & Renewal
Some parts of OneLy are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
2. Free Plan & Upgrades
Users who upgrade from the free plan to a paid plan are responsible for the payment once the upgrade is confirmed. Usage of the free plan does not entitle users to retroactive credits or deductions on future subscription fees.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied to your account.
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the free version at the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.
No credits or partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period. Once a payment is processed, it is final for that billing cycle.
5. Billing Disputes
Any billing disputes must be submitted to us via email at support@onely.link within 14 days of the charge. After this period, all payments are considered final and undisputed. We reserve the right to deny refund or credit claims submitted outside this timeframe.
6. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Certain consumer rights may apply based on applicable Nigerian regulations, and we are committed to upholding those rights where required.
